Pluggedout CMS
PluggedOut CMS is an open source website content management system.
It provides a database driven website, using templates with an SQL backend of pages and content. The idea is to separate the page design from the textual content – so typically you would install it for a client, design and populate their site, then they can make minor content changes themselves whenever they want without requiring lots of HTML skills.
