Abbey Road Studios

We developed a system that enabled Abbey Road Studios to send out Christmas card emails to user managed distribution lists. Each email contained a computer altered image usually containing the recipients name and the senders name.

Once received, the user would click through to a flash application that contained the same information and more.

Chat Statistics

Bloomsbury, the UK publisher for J.K Rowling’s Harry Potter novels ran a live chat event in July of 2007 as part of its launch event for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

Working for Interactive Energy (organiser of event based online chats) we designed, implemented and supported the hosting enviroment behind this live chat.

The systems ran extremly well handling 36,000 visits in a single hour, 4,389,352 page views with people spending an average of 16 minutes reading, or joining in with the chat.

We assisted 160 in overcoming several security hurdles with their previous hosting company and with their website by moving them to a secure server, improving the website code and implementing a CAPTCHA system on the registration pages.
